A sort of enchilada casserole with eggs requested over hard. So, here’s the dilemma I often find myself in as a food blogger:
This time knowing and loving won out. I’ve already written about the South Philly Mexican joint, Cantina Los Caballitos, but I do adore. Go for their weekend brunch, and, to every blogger's delight, there’s enough light to take a decent picture (unlike previous visits).

You are so lucky. I am having tons of trouble finding any in my area. The closest veg friendly one only has THREE dishes :(
i've heard so many great things about this place and i want to go. but i keep going to taqueria la veracruzana for their delicious burritos.
Lynn - Philadelphia is a great city for vegetarians.
Albert - I've heard great things about Veracruzana, but their veggie options are limited. Veracruzana and Los Caballitos are two different styles of Mexican, though. Veracruzana is more authentic, and Los Caballitos is...I don't know what you call it...American Mexican?
I know you've been to Domaine Hudson in downtown Wilmington already (hopefully one of your fav spots?), but wanted to give you something to whet your appetite... chef Robert Lhulier (Chef's Table, Deep Blue) has joined DH as its co-executive chef, working alongside Jason Barrowcliff. We should see some menu changes from the pair soon, "tweaks" really, in the way of an expanded menu, including lunch (possibly by Jan.?) It's a good thing that's getting even better.
